Dr. Matthew Ulibarri OD is dedicated to providing our patients exceptional optometric care. Dr Ulibarri specializes in family eye care including complete eye examinations as well as post-operative care for patients after cataract surgery. Additionally, as a therapeutic optometrist, Dr. Ulibarri is certified to treat glaucoma. Dr. Ulibarri values each patient encounter and aims to build life-long relationships with patients and their families. He enjoys providing eye care to patients of all ages including pediatric patients.
Dr. Ulibarri attended Brigham Young University for undergraduate studies receiving his B.S. degree. He graduated from the Inter-American University Puerto Rico, School of Optometry, receiving his Doctorate in Optometry. Dr. Ulibarri has been with California Eye Professionals since 2010.
Dr. Ulibarri is a member of the American Optometric Association– Contact Lens and Cornea Section, Sports Vision Section, and Vision Rehabilitation Section. Also a member of the Boy Scouts of America, the American Society of Composers, Authors and Publishers, and the Brigham Young University Alumni Association. Dr. Ulibarri resides in Menifee, CA. He is married with 3 children. He is a music composer and producer – plays bass guitar, harmonica and percussions. He is a poetry and short story author. He enjoys playing all sports and spending time with his family.
